The right to withdraw

Products bought through the site www.lagerla.com are subject to the Italian law No. 185/99, that deal with the right to withdraw from an order, protecting the buyer's rights. The law establishes the obligation, for those who sell through correspondence, to supply certain guarantees to the buyer.
If you are not satisfied with the goods delivered you may inform us of your intention to withdraw from their purchase within 10 working days of having received the goods. Communicating you intentions via e-mail to assistenza.clienti@lagerla.com or by telephone to 0039 011 56.04.138 from 10 to 7 except for Sundays and Monday mornings, or send a registered letter specifying if you wish the product/s to be substiuted with something else or if you would like a total reimbursement of the sum paid.
You will be reimbursed as quickly as possible, or, as you wish, you may keep the sum "in credit" for a future purchase.

The guarantees as to transport

We know that we have chosen the best possible packaging of your products ready for their delivery and to have them arrive as quickly as possible. We do, however, also want to offer you further reassurances: if, when your parcel arrives, it has visible signs of damage, or you have reason to believe that something is broken, refuse to accept the parcel or, write on the acceptance note that you have accepted it " with reserve".
La Gerla will guarantee to substitute parcels that have been damaged in some way. The expenses for doing so will be covered by us.

Delivery and Delivery Times

Our specialities will leave The Gerla from Via Mazzini, 3 Turin and will travel well packed with our delivery van for Turin and the outskirts or through express courier SDA for Itlay, so that they may be on your table as soon as possible!
You may choose how the goods are to be delivered when you order:

Direct: if you come to pick up your order from our shop personally, in this case, of course, there will be no charge for the delivery and we shall be pleased to meet you!
Through our own delivery man: reserved for those who live in the Turin area and outskirts . In this case the goods will arrive at your door within 24 hours of your order.
By express courier SDA: for deliver all over Italy, the goods will arrive within 24 working hours of your order.(48 for the islands).

N:B: Deliveries are made every day outside the Turin area, from 9 to 6 except Saturdays and Sundays, when there are no deliveries.
For deliveries in Turin and the outskirts through our delivery man , we can guarantee delivery before Saturday if you send your order before midday of that same Saturday.
Should you have urgency for your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us and we shall do our best. Contact us on 335/22 39 64.

Through SDA courier you may keep check on your parcel throughout its trip to you, thanks to the tracking service offered on line you may follow it through www.sda.it by simply entering your shipping code.

  If you wish to pay by credit card, after having filled in the form, chose which type of credit card you wish to use to buy your goods. Once you have sent he authorization for the payment, you will receive confirmation in real time, together with a code for your order; we recommend you print theis and keep it as confirmation.
